Referral Partners

Senior transitions may involve families, senior living communities, care professionals, estate professionals, movers, donation services, and real-estate providers. DFW Senior Transition welcomes inquiries from people who want to discuss practical coordination in Dallas and Fort Worth. This page does not imply existing partnerships, preferred-provider status, or endorsements.

If you are a family member looking for help, you can also review available services or contact us with the city, general timing, and practical needs. Please do not send sensitive medical information through the website form.

For senior communities

A community team may encounter residents or families who need help organizing household tasks around a move or a change in living arrangements. If you would like to explore whether coordination support could complement a family’s plan, contact us to discuss the situation and the boundaries of the proposed scope.

Any coordination involving a community would need appropriate family direction and clearly agreed responsibilities. Community staff and qualified care professionals retain responsibility for care-related decisions and their own services.

For care professionals

Care professionals may be involved when a person’s needs or living arrangements change. DFW Senior Transition can discuss the practical logistics around belongings, move timing, household planning, and communication, while care professionals determine care needs and provide their professional services.

Information sharing should be limited to what the family or authorized decision-maker permits and what is needed for the agreed coordination. This site does not request clinical records or sensitive medical details.

For estate professionals

Estate attorneys, fiduciaries, financial professionals, and other estate-related advisers may have clients working through a home or household transition. A referral or introduction does not create an affiliation or guarantee of availability. Any proposed coordination, compensation, or referral arrangement must be discussed and disclosed before engagement.

Legal, tax, financial, and estate advice remains with the professional the client chooses. DFW Senior Transition does not replace those professional roles.

For real-estate and household providers

Families may need separate help from movers, donation organizations, furniture-removal or disposal services, estate-sale businesses, and real-estate professionals. These providers retain their own service terms, schedules, and charges. A family is free to choose its own providers, including an existing real-estate agent.

Before any provider is engaged, the proposed service and known charges should be explained. Any referral or real-estate compensation connected with an engagement should be disclosed before engagement. No provider is represented here as a current partner or endorsed business.
